GEORGIA SOLIDARITY NETWORK, INC. - Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 04/01/2026

This Privacy Policy applies to www.gasolidarity.com and any related online platforms owned and operated by Georgia Solidarity Network, Inc. ("GSN"). This policy describes how GSN collects and uses the personal information you provide through our website and related communications. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update that information.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact us at info@gasolidarity.com.

GSN is committed to protecting the privacy of our donors, supporters, and website visitors.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Financial information (such as credit card numbers and expiration dates) and personal information (such as name, email address, mailing address, and zip code) that you provide through our website or via mail is handled with the utmost security and privacy. This information is used solely for GSN's organizational purposes — such as processing a donation, sending communications, or contacting you regarding GSN's advocacy activities — and is not shared or sold to outside organizations or companies, except as described in this policy.

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways described below.

List Exchanges and Third-Party Sharing

Names and physical mailing addresses may occasionally be shared as part of list exchanges with like-minded pro-Israel and pro-Jewish organizations. GSN will honor all requests from individuals that their names and mailing addresses not be shared with any other entity. To opt out of list exchanges, please contact us at info@gasolidarity.com.

SMS opt-in consent and data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

We may share your personal information with companies that provide services in support of our operations, such as payment processing, email communications, or data management. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide those services to GSN.

We may also disclose your personal information:

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or to meet applicable campaign finance disclosure requirements under Georgia or federal law

When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of GSN's assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in ownership or use of your personal information and any choices available to you

To any other third party with your prior consent

Security

GSN takes reasonable precautions to protect the security of your personal information. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number through our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Credit card information submitted through our site is processed and stored by our third-party payment gateway and is not retained by GSN.

We follow generally accepted standards to protect personal information both during transmission and after receipt. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have questions about security, please contact us at info@gasolidarity.com.

User Access and Choice

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer wish to receive communications from GSN, you may correct, update, or request deletion of your information by contacting us at info@gasolidarity.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with services and communications. We will retain and use your information for seven (7) years as needed to comply with our accounting and legal obligations, meet campaign finance recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you subscribe to GSN's newsletter or email list, we will use your name and email address to send you those communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email, or by contacting us directly at info@gasolidarity.com.

How We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts may be used by GSN and our service providers, including analytics and digital communications providers. These technologies help us analyze site usage, administer the site, track user movement, and gather aggregate demographic information about our visitors. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies on both an individual and aggregated basis.

We use cookies to manage email subscriptions, website analytics, content optimization, and site security. Users can control cookie settings at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, though some features or areas may be limited.

Log Files and Analytics

Like most websites, GSN automatically collects and stores certain information in server log files. This may include IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time stamps, and clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected information with other information we collect to improve our site, communications, and advocacy engagement efforts.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may include links to third-party websites whose privacy practices differ from GSN's. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Social Media Features

Our website may include social media features such as sharing buttons or embedded widgets. These features may collect your IP address, track which pages you visit, and set cookies to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by third parties or directly on our site, and your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policy of the company that provides them.

Changes to This Policy

GSN may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our information practices or applicable law. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the most current information on our privacy practices.
